How to check your basic information in DaisyFamily

The early childhood education and care is moving to the final phase in the introduction of Daisy system!

In the third phase, check the correctness of your basic information in DaisyFamily.

It is crucial that the following information is up-to-date:

• Primary telephone number
• Allergies
• Contact information: telephone, email, allowing email notifications
• Backup persons: besides guardians, allowed to pick up the child
• Permissions: Consents (for photographing) the child

By opening each data field you can check the information and clicking the pen icon make updates. If you allow email notifications in the contact information, you will receive a notification into your email inbox, for example, when a decision concerning early childhood education and care of your child is made.

Tenavanet will no longer be used after December the 10th. Communication and notice board will be transferred to DaisyFamily. Please note that when you send a message to your child’s group, send it to the group, not to an individual staff member.

Tänään poissa (absent today) feature allows you to notify the staff of any further absences in the locked care schedule. To facilitate successful early childhood education and planning of small groups you are requested to report the times of attendance and absence of your child as soon as you know them.
