Tiedote vanhemmille (also in english)

Ikävä kyllä epidemiatilanne on edelleen haastava ja joudumme myös varhaiskasvatuksessa toimimaan sen mukaisesti. Noudatamme valtakunnallisia suosituksia, ja Keusote toimii asiantuntijanamme eri ratkaisuvaihtoehtoja pohdittaessa. Pyrimme kuitenkin, kuten ennenkin, mahdollisimman hyvään päiväkotiarkeen. Pidämme tärkeänä, että lapsi saa tarvitsemaansa aikuisen läheisyyttä, turvaa ja vuorovaikutusta.

Henkilöstömme käyttää kasvomaskeja päivän kaikissa tilanteissa. Mahdollisissa altistumistilanteissa noudatamme Keusoten linjauksia karanteenien asettamisesta.

Edelleen päiväkodeissa noudatetaan seuraavia ohjeita

• Huoltajat käyttävät kasvomaskia tuodessaan ja hakiessaan lasta ja huomioivat 2 metrin turvaetäisyyden 
• Lapsi ja huoltaja pesevät kätensä ensimmäiseksi päiväkotiin tullessaan 
• Päiväkotiin tullessa lapsen tulee olla terve, sairaspoissaoloista ilmoitetaan päiväkotiin välittömästi 
• Lapset tulee viedä koronatestiin lievistäkin oireista 
• Vaikka testin tulos olisi negatiivinen, lapsen tulee olla terve tullessaan päiväkotiin 
• Myös lasta tuovan ja hakevan vanhemman tulee aina olla terve 

 Karanteeniin joutuminen tai sairastuminen koronaan  

• Jos lapsi on asetettu karanteeniin joko sairastumisen tai mahdollisen altistumisen vuoksi, tulee siitä ilmoittaa viipymättä päiväkodin johtajalle
• Keusote on yhteydessä altistuneiden lasten huoltajiin ja antaa tarkempia ohjeita asiasta. Huomioitava, että puhelu voi tulla myös tuntemattomasta numerosta. Ensitiedotteen asiasta tekee päiväkodin johtaja, mikäli Keusoten jäljitys on viiveinen.

Uusien aloittavien lasten tutustuminen varhaiskasvatukseen 

• Päiväkodin aloitus on iso asia lapselle ja koko perheelle. Lasten tutustumiset sovitaan päiväkodin johtajan kanssa. Tutustumiset tapahtuvat porrastetusti sekä sisä- että ulkotiloissa yhden sovitun kasvattajan kanssa.

Dear parents and guardians.   

Unfortunately, the epidemic situation is still challenging, and we will have to act accordingly also in regards to early childhood education.  We follow the National recommendations, and Keusote acts as our expert when it comes to evaluate alternative options.  However, as we have done previously, we strive for the best possible daycare.  We consider it important that the child gets the closeness, security and interaction he or she needs.

Our staff wear face masks during the whole day.  In case of possible exposure, we follow Keusote’s guidelines for quarantine.

 The following instructions are still followed in daycare centers

• Parents use a face mask when bringing and picking up a child and observe a safety distance of 2 meters
• The child and the guardian wash their hands as soon as they enter the daycare center
• Children brought to the daycare center must be healthy and their sick leave must be reported to the daycare center immediately
• Children should undergo Covid testing even when having only mild symptoms
• Even if the result of the Covid test is negative, the child must be healthy when returning to the daycare center
• Parents and guardians when bringing and picking up a child must always be healthy

What to do if testing positive to Covid or being quarantined

• If a child has been quarantined due to illness or possible exposure, the director of the daycare center must be notified immediately
• Keusote is in contact with the guardians of the exposed children and will provide more detailed instructions, please note that the call might come from an unknown number.  The director of the daycare center will make the first notification in case the Keusote’s Covid tracing team is late.

Introduction to early childhood education for new children

• Daycare beginning is a big deal for the child and the whole family.  Introduction acquaintances for new children are arranged by the director of the daycare center.  The introductory tours will take place in stages, both indoors and outdoors, with just one parent or guardian.
